Packers and movers - AVOID AGARWAL!

At all costs avoid Agarwal Packers.
I had a terrible experience with them. Firstly,I stated the contents of the cargo to be transported and asked whether all of the goods would be covered under insurance. They said "yes". I then paid the insurance. Agarwal's people broke a glass case and a ceramic piece (quite expensive). When I asked them to pay up the insurance, they suddenly said that fragile items are not covered under insurance!!! What do they cover under insurance then?????? The lady in their Bangalore office was extremely rude. I tried to escalate the issue to their head office but they would just not respond. I hope nobody else make the mistake with these frauds!
