Seeking investing partner for a Cafe cum Juice Bar or Beach Shack in North Goa.

Hello,

I am seeking a Non-active business partner for this venture in Goa.

Location: Near Anjuna/ Vagator
Possible other locations: Arpora River front, Morjim etc.

Investment for Cafe cum Juice Bar: Rs.3.5 - 4 Lacs (which is about 50%) of the total investment.

Alternate option is to invest 5 - 6Lacs in a beach Shack.

Note: This is only for a Non-Active investing partner.
Exceptions can be made based on further discussions.
