From the way it's going, i foresee a situation where companies itself may start reducing young women workforce - especially the ones who portray an extra confidence. For fear that these could be the ladies who may create that trouble for the company.

Where it is real and valid, I am for it. But where not, i think the woman must be jailed for false cases. The law should be made gender neutral because iam sure men suffer too at times.
