Although someone earlier mentioned they see Twitter as "as huge cocktail parties where everyone is talking at the same time. :)" ... I see Twitter as the world's biggest cafe where I can find a table discussing my specific interests whether it's "Fatherhood over 50" or "Do it yourself Ferrari tuning". ... Not many at these tables talking over each other.

I simply follow and listen to those whose insights resonate.
