|| First, skip the Adobe thing unless you're an expert and you have a very specific reason for doing an ezine with a link to a .PDF.
For the ezines of mine that are not automatically produced by the software I had written... I use MS Word to produce the articles that will be in the ezine.
Once finished in Word, I then copy and paste it over to EditPLUS (you can use EditPlus or NoteTab or UltraEdit...or as a last alternative, NotePad).
Once it's in EditPlus, I then shape it up with simple HTML code... slam it into my template, test and then out the door it goes or it'll be scheduled for release in the near future.
If your ezine is produced in HTML, then you'll need to learn the IMG SRC tag in order to get your picture or image show up in the ezine.
Lastly, make sure you reduce your photo's in size (reduce pixel size, reduce number of colors and do JPG or GIF compression) in order to have a small image size rather than big honking 8 Megapixel photo's in your ezine. An ideal image size is 3-12k and in some cases, you can get away with 15-30k...but I'd recommend pushing the size down.
