I don't know if this would be as simple with other web design programs. I create and manage my web sites using Dreamweaver. I set up my ezines in Dreamweaver and then copy the HTML code, I simply paste it into the Ezezine body for delivery.

I do an almost daily photo ezine, resizing all my photos using Fireworks, keeping them no larger than 30K. I size my main photo at 475 pixels in width.
