Reducing size of html ezines?Views: 355

Hi Sharif,

Good question! The primary culprits of oversized ezines are:
1) embedding or attaching images, rather than linking to them where they are hosted on a web server somewhere.
2) extranneous html code. it's a good idea to send very clean html code in your ezines. this will both reduce your risk of landing in junk filters as well as decreasing the file size of your ezine. go through your code and get rid of any unnecessary java scripts, dhtml code, and other superfulous coding.

Hope this helps,
lisa
