Linda Bohrnerud
Lisa,

Aha, now I get it. Even if you virus scan everything coming in, you aren't safe. It's the silly subscriber with a virus that is the problem.

Ciao,

>Hi Linda- Apologies if my post was confusing. I'm not saying that *you* become virus prone if you subscribe to a list that uses email commands. Rather, as an ezine publisher,if one of your subscribers contracts a virus, it can spread to their whole address book, opting people from their add. book in to YOUR ezine via YOUR subscribe email address (which is also in their address book.) Suddenly and unwittingly, you have become a spammer.
