Never heard of the Sunshine Web based ATS..... any Website ?

BTW, is anyone here using ANY Applicant tracking system to its full potential ?? I have long held that with ready access to the job portals there is really no need for it, except for managing some " unique" profiles, perhaps . For which a simple database such as Access may suffice !

But I could be wrong, and times they are a-changing !

So all comment on ATSs welcome - which ones, pros/cons, support, pricing models ????
