Trust things would be fine at your end. I am connecting with you regarding a requirement for our client, a chain of International schools. The client is looking to partner with property owners/real estate companies for starting a school in Ludhiana and Amritsar. In the partnership, real estate company would be provide the real estate on long term lease to the school company. The school company would run the school. The requirement is given below –

· Land Size – 5 acres

· Built-up required – 1.0 to 1.5 lac sq.ft. over a period of 4-5 years

· Lease term – 33 years

· Lock-in – 10 years

· Location – within 10-15 kms from the railway station
