Dogs love underwear that has been worn and unwashed, probably why they love sniffing crotches!

Lady has a panty fetish (women's panties) and used to go for an ex-housemate's undies (she was diabetic). She will chew any plastic item lying around if she can't find a rawhide chewy. She loves Tupperware as well as her plastic dog brush, Daddy's cord to his digital camera, cassette tape cases, you name it, if it is plastic, it gets chewed and mangled! At least with the Tupperware, I can order a replacement piece, if the item is still made, but the warranty doesn't cover dog inflicted damage, only cracking and peeling.

Now if only she would take a capsule wrapped in a pill pocket!

Perhaps it is time to ask the vet to do some bloodwork to see what is missing in her diet!

My cats were attracted to yarn and thread. There is nothing quite as gross as finding a piece of yarn hanging out the back end of a cat. A friend's cat got a long thread inside himself and had to have very expensive surgery to remove it, as it was cutting his insides like a knife.

We need to be rsponsible and not leave interesting items out for them to taste, mangle and consume!
