P.S. BTW - there are many different versions of puppy mills including my well intentioned neighbors who seem to have a little for sale each year and the neighbor down the street with cute little unneutered doggie that peed all over my house last week ... We can help everyday by getting the word off to them here are a couple key pieces I use:
