Jennifer, hi,

Thank you for mentioning HealthyPetNet. People generally don't think about the quality of the distribution system when they consider the quality of the products they choose for their pets. It truly is one of the factors that contributes to the quality of a pet product. What happens to perishable products, even some of the best, if they are left sitting without temperature control for weeks or even months? It absolutely does happen and the recent episode with Petco proves how very bad it can be.

By the way -- for anyone who is reading this post, Jennifer send my dog some of her treats and they are wonderful -- Zimmie LOVES them and they are beautifully presented and packaged.
