You're going to be dangerous when you "know it all" about Outlook.
I just got 2007 and am doing a lot more than I ever did to organize myself...
Here is a free resource on learning about Outlook. I have been spending quite a bit of time there, learning about 2007's nuances and also things I didn't realize that were offered in the toolbar (even though I'm a clicker of buttons to see what they do) I have found their trainig to be excellent and love the demos because I can go try things, move onto the next area if I know something, etc. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/training/default.aspx
I also recommend books made by QUE and SamsNet if you're looking for computer books. They have them on MS Office.
