I am directly involved with them and in placing companies to them. I work with Mr. Capolongo directly and have known him for over eight years. I know for a fact that they did not fund Mr. Marcus' company because it was a start up that had absolutely nothing in assets.
Mr. Kirchner went to them for funding for a company he had called Profits Journal and received his entire due diligence fee back from Equitex. He has sent some slanderous documentation to the Equitex offices that was turned over to their attorneys.
Not every company that comes to them can and will be funded and as such they have severely narrowed the criteria for funding. Mr. Marcus has not contacted them directly in over a year. Mr. Quinn, who I understand went to college with Mr. Capolongo has not called him or the company for almost eight years.
Anyone wishing to contact the company or Mr. Capolongo can do so at any time to ask on any subject.
