Last notes to these responses.
I visited with Mr. Capolongo at his offices yesterday. He is very much alive and available and in the same place. With regard to Mr. Marcus. Payment to Mr. Marcus will go to Mr. Marcus attorney from Mr. Capolongo's attorney.
With regard to any other transactions, Equitex has a strict criteria, especially after all of this with these very early stage companies. Contact them directly, or email them if you wish. I know their plate is full.
Finally. I have no axe to grind no dog in the hunt or whatever. I have known Mr. Capolongo for a very long time and have come to understand his work ethic and his perserverance directly. It is not easy to establish a money source, go and try it if you think you can. He went through the tough early stages and battled to do some interesting and unique things. In this muddled financial world, that is all you need to count on and to see.
I will gladly endorse him and I will gladly remain his associate and friend for a long long time. He does not owe any excuses to anyone and has stood tall throughout the time I know him.
As I said yesterday you all should take up tennis, or knitting.
