Aug 01, 2005 5:57 pm Hey...what's your gear?
Maddy

Ok guys, let us see what all everyone here works on. Of course, share a bit of your experiences too. They will help others.

As for me, I work majorly on Nuendo. And I am a hard core Nuendo guy, if I may say so. I do my programming on different programs like Reason, FL Studio, Storm etc. I put in some samples, I create some sounds, I record some MIDIs and that's it. But all these are the courtesans. The Emperor is my Nuendo.

I have three condenser mics- No...not Neuman. I have two AKGs and one Marshalls. In Dynamics, I use Shure and Behringer.

I also have a Behringer DDX 3216 mixing console. Honestly, it sucks big time. Will be shifting to O2R soon. Any more suggestions are welcome.

Finally, the keyboard I use is Triton Extreme. It is a nice KB, except that I do not use it except to make new sounds and as a MIDI keyboard. But some arps in it are phenomenal.

My mixing reference monitors are Roland DS-90A. They are near field monitors, perfectly suited for the size of my studio. I am very happy with their performance.

Well, I guess that's it from my side. Now, will someone else take the initiative. Let's get this group going!

Cheers~

-Maddy.
