Hughes		ust Announced - 2004 Da' Showcase performers will be: Chris Marsol (Alternative Soul), Ginger Jackson (Neo Soul), Javon DeBarge (R&B) - yes, from the DeBarge Family, Chezwick (Electronica/Rock), and Carol Ames (Americana). Samples of their music can now be heard at www.jmusicnetworking.com/dashowcase/performers.html We congratulate these artists and the OTHER TWO that we have yet to name. Thanks to all the artists who submitted for Da' Showcase Jump Off. We truly appreciate your participation - we love you guys!!! Now, we did not add the OTHER TWO just yet because our selection committee cannot decide on two of our current submissions - so, here is what we are doing. We are EXTENDING our submission deadline to THIS FRIDAY (August 28, 2004). What does this mean? We have TWO SLOTS OPEN!!! AND THEY NEED TO BE FILLED. The judges are calling all artists to register - there are two more slots available and they want to be sure that they've heard the BEST before they go ahead and make their final decision before Saturday. To register - mail in your 3-4 song demo, bio, and photo along with the registration form (www.jmusicnetworking.com/forms/showcaseregistration.pdf) to the address on the form. All registrations MUST be in our mailbox by FRIDAY, AUGUST 28, 2004!!! If you've already registered - don't worry! You may still have a chance.
