I think I am following everyone who posted here. If not, please let me know.
If I may, I would like to tell you some of the things I have learned about Twitter.
If you go there and just post links to your business website you will be laughed off the stage. Trust me. Who wants to be in a fun environment and be faked into looking at someones crappy sales page?
So, I suggest that you start your own blog if you don't have one yeat. You can do that for free at http://www.blogger.com or http://www.wordpress.com It's really very easy to get your blog under way.
Start posting your blog regularly and put your blog URL into your Twitter profile. When people are deciding to follow someone they often look at the website first. If they don't have a website or blog, well, I'm outa there. I want to follow business people. If you don't have a web presence as a business person you may not be worth my time. Not trying to be rude, but I'm telling it the way it is.
If your only link on your Profile is a link to a company website, well, I'm not too anxious to follow you either. I do it more as a favor for a friend, but I don't like it.
