Oh phooey.....It is too small to pick you out Kevin!!! (How much did you say you lost?? heheheheeeee)
Okay, you have my direct email - please do forward as a jpeg and I will take a gander!!! :-D
But, back to the subject at hand....
Guys, when we network face-to-face, we "size" (couldn't resist that pun...) people up quickly by visual cues...it doesn't mean we judge a book by it's cover, but, hey, we are all human beings and most of us are visual animals....we take in how people are dressed, how they stand, how they smell, smile and shake hands, eye contact, gestures,,,there are huge amounts of visual signals happening!
Thus, when networking online, we rely for the most part on the written word and any pictures that happen to grace our networking pals pages...
How important is this for effective online networking?? Remember, if we have eyes...we want to SEE!!
Am I the only one "brave" enough to mention my dismay when one visual picture of whom I have been networking with for months or years is suddenly changed and then to discover that this person does not even look anything like their previous pic?
It doesn't mean I can't continue the relationship - I'm only saying that it feels like I have to start building a new relationship with a new person in my mind! That is all I'm saying....
Am I crazy?? Hey,,,,don't answer that....
