POSITION
Consultant/Sr. Software Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
4 Resolving day-to-day issues across entire application suite
4 Documenting procedures for resolving issues
4 Identifying areas or functions in need of training or process improvements
4 Work pro-actively with Clients
4 Assisting with end-to-end system testing during patching and upgrade projects
4 Application Setups/Configuration
4 Monitoring help desk and responding to users quickly and professionally
AREA OF EXPERTISE
Techno functional skills Service Contracts
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
· Experience working with or supporting Oracle Applications or other ERP systems
· Exposure to some of Service Request / IB / O2C / P2P.
· Service Contracts (should have the know-how of Oracle Contract structure, Billing Cycle and Renewal)
· PLSQL, SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, Discoverer
OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED
· Excellent communication and client service skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong problem-solving capabilities
· Ability to learn and work effectively in a fast paced environment
· Ability to blend and share information with other team members
