Designation: Consultant/Senior Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sourcing and screening

Work towards individual as well as client-based targets as set for the quarter.
Understand the requirements from the client.
Source the right candidates from job portals / database / reference / head hunting.
Parse all procured resumes into database
Screen the profile as per requirement so as to have an 80% screen ratio.
Schedule candidate interviews with the client.
Make sure that the candidate attends the interview

Coordination

Interface with clients as and when necessary.
Obtain feedback from clients on time
Follow – up with candidates and clients
