Location: / Europe (Nordic Region) / UK (London)
Key requirement of the Role
Ø A proven performer with a demonstrated track record of individual sales achievement.
Ø Proven sales acumen with ability to prospect, qualify and close mid/large sized business deals.
Ø Lots of business acumen with an entrepreneurial DNA.
Ø A record of strong client relationships including C-level relationship management
Ø Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in sales and business development
Ø Strong background in customer and market penetrations in the UK / Europe markets.
Ø Demonstrated record of achievement in successfully building and leading UK sales & marketing teams.
Ø Track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas
Job Responsibilities
· To work with the CEO in architecting and implementing strategies for business development
· Responsible for all of sales and business development initiatives in the region.
· Will have end-to-end responsibility inclusive of client identification, strategy and account management.
· The primary focus of this role would be to generate new business by identifying and closing business for our portfolio of services offerings.
· Strengthen the company's direct sales and business development capability.
· Responsible for new business development involving prospect development, understanding business and technology scenario and needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings and closure.
· Responsible for marketing alliances, relationship building and account management.
· Close interaction with the Pre-sales and the Operations teams to ensure delivery of technical proposals/ solution architecture as per agreed timelines.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in engineering / MBA marketing or equivalent education and experience
· 12 + years experience with selling IT services/Products.
· A minimum of eight years exposure to the UK / Europe
