Funding could be organized thru Banks on bank interest for any industry for expansion, diversification, new projects. The projects are to be genuine, promotors background must be credible and honest. Also equity funding could be arranged. The processing is done by my colleagues in Mumbai. Below is some detail on this.

The domestic funding package is straight stuff- Key features of funding are-
CAPITAL EXPENDITURE PROJECTS
a) Applicable for - Any Project/Busines expansion program, requiring funding above Rs 10 cr to 100 cr . Promoters must have atleast 25% share in contributions
Business can be- Developers engaged in Housing construction ( preferably townships) Or in IT Parks/SEZ projects . Or Commercial Projects in Technology or Manufacturig.
Fund disbursement- wll be according to project needs
Fund Source - banks or Fin Institutions ( Domestic) /MFs
Tenure of Funding - 3 years to 7 years
Interest rate upto 15-16% pa ( 4% OVER PLR)

Basic importance- Business must be above default mark with Banks/FIs.
time sequence- 60 TO 90 DAYS FROM MANDATE ACCEPTANCE, WILL BE FIRST DISBURSEMENT TRANCHE.
POST MANDATE AND SUBMISSION OF BASIC PROJECT/ PROMOTER PROFILE- WTHIN 15 DAYS - IN PRINCIPLE SANCTION WILL BE ISSUED IN FAVOUR OF BORROWER.
