SapnaSolutions is a new type of web development company, and amongst the first of its kind in India:
We follow a two tier strategy of delivering highly engaging and creative client projects on one hand, and developing innovative, 'Intrapreneurial' Web, Mobile and Social applications, in-house, on the other hand.

We have following openings right now:
1. Junior Innovator (Ruby on Rails)
•Should be a graduate with 0-2 years of experience
•Experience in OOD required, and experience in Ruby on rails preferred
•Experience in web development, HTML, CSS and Java Script
•Experience of working on Web 2.0
•Should have experience of working on start ups, or want to experience a startup environment
• Should have a creative, thinking out of the box mindset, and evidence for the same
•Must possess self learning abilities and independent outlook towards work, and evidence for the same
•Should have implemented web-ware solutions independently before, in the past, through some project
•Must be hungry to work on Web 2.0
•Should possess excellent communication skills
2. Innovator
•Experience of working for 2-4 years on Web
•Experience in Ruby on rails and OOD
•Experience in web development, HTML, CSS and Java Script desirable
•Experience of working on Web 2.0
•Should have experience of working on start ups
• Should have a creative, thinking out of the box mindset, and evidence for the same
•Must possess self learning abilities and independent outlook towards work, and evidence for the same
•Should have implemented web-ware solutions independently before, in the past, through some project
•Must be hungry to work on Web 2.0
•Experience of more than 2 full SDLC
•Should have experience on test driven design and Agile software development
•Experience with interfacing external systems and APIs desirable
•Involved in shaping specifications of the project/give inputs or suggestions
•Should have built their own pet project in the past, and be able to talk about it passionately
•Experience of managing a team would be a plus
•Should possess excellent communication skills
3. Senior Innovator
• Experience of working for 4-6 years on Web
•Experience in Ruby on rails and OOD
•Experience in web development, HTML, CSS and Java Script desirable
•Experience of working on Web 2.0
•Should have experience of working on start ups
• Should have a creative, thinking out of the box mindset, and evidence for the same
•Must possess self learning abilities and independent outlook towards work, and evidence for the same
•Should have implemented web-ware solutions independently before, in the past, through some project
•Must be hungry to work on Web 2.0
•Experience of more than 4 SDLC
•Should have experience on test driven design and Agile software development
•Experience with interfacing external systems and APIs desirable
•Involved in shaping specifications of the project/give inputs or suggestions
•Should have built their own pet project in the past, and be able to talk about it passionately
•Should possess excellent communication skills
•Experience of driving a team, and mentoring more senior developers, techically
•Customer interfacing experience is a must
4. Project Manager
•Must be technical sound and experienced professional
•Must have experience of delivering projects ideally agile projects
Experience in Ruby on rails and OOD
•Experience in web development, HTML, CSS and Java Script desirable
•Experience of working on Web 2.0
•Should have experience of working on start ups
• Should have a creative, thinking out of the box mindset, and evidence for the same
•Must possess self learning abilities and independent outlook towards work, and evidence for the same
•Should have implemented web-ware solutions independently before, in the past, through some project
•Must be hungry to work on Web 2.0
•Experience of more than 4 SDLC
•Should have experience on test driven design and Agile software development

•Experience in Java Script, HTML, CSS, Flash, dreamweaver and UEexp design
