I sow the seeds and walk back and these birds have come to take their share of food. The earthworms and some of the seeds.
Sowed a row of carrots, a row of cauliflower and a row of broccoli. Have never been able to get them growing in the past two seasons. Oh also have the haberano peppers (had just two flakes)
The green beans have not sprouted in the yard yet. But the one I did in a bottle with tissue paper(remember one of the first science experiments in Biology?)that has sprouted, the kids in the neighborhood are going ga ga over that.
The moneyplant that was left outside for a week started turning black due to cold weather, Have brought that back indoors.
The weather is keeping at 50-69 F. In california it is 70 def F
Have sown some orange seeds. Have to see how that is going to do , Had a free Apple tree seedling last year from the arbor day celebration. I think it is growing as well.Private Reply to Ganesh Ram (new win) |
