Oh my God ,I never realised that excise duty is levied on power generated by Govt power staions.I also missed the point that govt lost revenue because I did not use power or down a gallon of fermented barley water or distilled ale from malt or a pieces of tobbaco rolled in another small paper to set fire and inhale the suffocating aroma or chew the tobbaco and spit on the neatly painted walls!

Your sense of humour is very wicked and suggesting me to recover the carbon credit by smoking cuban cigars.

This absolutely hilarious and I laughed my head off!

I suggest you come up with many more innovatively hilarious solutions like this to lighten the stress of people.
