We are a leading BPO handling both international and domestic Calling . We have some immediate requirements .Canddiate MUST have Telecom BPO

Team leader:

꺐 3-4 Years of Work Experience In the Call Center Industry
꺐 At least two years of Experience In the Telecom Industry
꺐 6 Months 좻 1 Year of Experience as a TL
꺐 Should have sound knowledge in MS Office Tools
꺐 Experience in using Inbound Tools ( Ex: CMS, Symposium, Blue Pump Kin)

Team Manager:

꺐 4-6 Years of Work Experience In the Call Center Industry
꺐 At least two years of Experience In the Telecom Industry
꺐 With a minimum of 1 Year of Experience as a TM
꺐 Should have Excellent knowledge in MS Office Tools
꺐 Should have previous experience in Inbound Staffing and Planning
