What a meant was normal police kaar takes care of our house safely and valubles kept inside safety

whereas

Pudumai like traffic Police kaar takes care of road accident safety oooopps road safety ..

we should never make mix up of these two categories as are altogether two different categories.

But suppose a car accidentally enters the house and creates an accident and the driver while escaping takes away the jewelry and valubles from the house, who will come? police kaar or traffic kaar?
