My Humility |

Humility is an excellent watchword. I was always considered below average by my parents as well as neighbors that I started believing in it my self as early as I was four-year-old. When I was sent to school for the first time I was nine years old along with my four year old little brother. I was rejected by the school master. That inculcated enough inferiority complex in myself that I started learning from scratch myself uninitiated by half-baked schoolmasters of the 1930s. I went to school with my dad’s influence joined standard V without knowing alphabets in any language. After 60 years of vigorous Philosophizing, I was wondering what is ‘Job satisfaction’? Painting like Piccaso? Or getting a few hardened criminals out of ‘Goal’ as their mouthpiece so that they can continue their nefarious business? Or driving a herd of fat sheep to the slaughterhouse and carry back sack loads of money to raise more goats or sheep? Or make a film that would run 175 days in hundred centers acquire hundreds of acres in the city suburbs and wait for the right amount of inflation to make a kill? When you grow as old I am you would realize that you couldn’t clear five feet six inches crossbar anymore or run your hundred meters at 11.4 seconds. You can’t even bounce one cricket ball an over. You feel excited over a trip to UK and after three weeks you feel that you could have been more at home with your own dentist what with a nagging pain in one shakier molar. You get back home with 11 fractures and a head injury and convalesce for three or four years . You fight shy of a 10 pound haircut by a lady in the saloon street while at home it would cost you less than 2 pounds, even that because you want to save your image as an actor while others pay just a fourth of it. I shall write more if you do not get bored this easy
