Dave McClure		Just finished reading this terrific book: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0465016146/ Really amazing ideas on legal reform of property rights, how this relates to capital formation and potential for improving opportunities for developing economies. Author is Hernando de Soto, also influential in Peruvian economic reforms in the late 80's and early 90's.
