I just upload my audio files to my web server via ftp, then I can use them in my web site, e-mail, e-newsletters and e-books however I want.  No monthly fees.

As for posting my events in Ryze Events, I used to get good traffic from them, but I only received 3 clicks in the last 30 days.  You can track this using tools like the ad tracking feature in Ultimate Affiliate Manager.
