I would recommend LinkedIn as a good Internet marketing tool if your target market is management and decision makers in medium to large size companies.

LinkedIn is an free online community with over 2.6 million members.  Members post profiles about what they offer and what kinds of contacts they are open to.  Some people allow anyone to contact them, others restrict contact to referrals from people they already know.  Because of they way they are set up, LinkedIn has done an excellent job of attracting decision makers in companies and organizations world wide.
