Yes, it is easy for the advertising costs to get out of hand on the Internet.  I track all my advertising and I find most of the new advertising I try is wasted.  By tracking this, I keep only the working ads each month and dump the rest.  So a small marketing budget goes a lot further.

I notice you list 3 different businesses in your signature line.  It is very difficult to develop, market and afford advertising for multiple businesses at once.  When I do my Internet marketing coaching, I make my clients choose JUST ONE to focus on.  You probably have the time, energy and budget to reach one target audience with one product line, so that is the best way to start.
