Chris Young Google News Alerts in combination with a gmail account can be a great combination.
You can filter your alerts to go to specific gmail accounts. These email accounts can then be turned into an RSS feed which can then provide your web site with an RSS feed.
My blog uses alerts which then feed www.savingcents.info to provide automatic information updates.
