The headline analyzer tool at http://www.aminstitute.com/headline/index.htm is an excellent tool.  With the launch of my new Free Traffic Bar, I am setting up an area in the members forums area where people can discuss how to write better ads and headlines, and I have made a link to the headline analyzer tool as one of the "sticky" resources.
