I do not recall what your Privacy Policy and Terms of Services says. But, if it does indeed state that other members will see the email addresses of people in their downline, I think you have nothing to worry about. If you are sharing such information and not making it public in advance then yes you should be worried.

I think we discussed the Evite.com situation on another network. Here is a site that shares each registered person's contact information with all of its partners. That could upset a lot of people. But, it is stated upfront in the company's Privacy Policy. So, everyone has been warned. What worried me is that they might be sharing the contact information of every person I was sending an e-card. But, that was not the case.
