Excellent post. Excellent points. That should be printed and taped to every entrepreneur's wall. Make sure you turn it into an article if you haven't already.

Too many hats is a very common problem of many small businesses. They're afraid to focus too much because they think it will make them look too small. In fact, the opposite is true. Focusing actually helps them see better, work better and find the right target market.
