How to assess if your Internet marketing is working

I'm setting up a spreadsheet to help my clients track key components of their Internet marketing programs so they can see their progress at a glance. Eventually I will turn this into software.

I would appreciate any feedback on what things you would like to see included in a tracking system.

Here is some of what I have so far:

Unique Visitors
Total Subscribers
Leads
Sales
Incoming Links
Ranking in Google
Keyword 1
Keyword 2
Keyword 3
Keyword 4
Keyword 5
# of Pages Indexed
Specific Campaign Results

What else should I add?
