Personally, I am always suspicious of anyone advertising something that they are not willing to define outright (that means product, and company... and the ability to resell something is not in itself a product). If the name of the parent company is being hidden, that indicates MAJOR image problems on their part! If it truly IS the greatest thing, then it will have a good reputation, and that reputation should be the foremost marketing asset, not some hidden thing that is shamefully put forward only after they have given you the sales spiel.

Just one of my personal red flags.
