Hi Jerry,
Of course it is hard. Working two jobs and then trying to market on the web must be creating some insane hours for you.
When I first launched my business, I tried to do it part time for a while, but I found I wasn't available enough for phone calls for teaching my courses, so I took the risk and jumped into it full time.
Not everyone can do that, so here are some ideas to help you deal with the time problems.
1. Choose a single online opportunity instead of a bunch of different ones.
2. Online networking like Ryze works well for marketing for people with time but not as well for people who don't have the time to browse networks and post lots. I would recommend you only use places like Ryze for help (not marketing) and use techniques like in #3.
3. Use free and low cost advertising to drive traffic to your opportunity landing page. You will need to become a master at finding, testing and tracking to find the best advertising places for your opportunity. Once such free place is my Free Traffic Bar at http://www.freetrafficbar.com. I also provide free training to Free Traffic Bar members on how to advertise successfully online.
