* Ann Phelps * - ArbonQueen		Thanks Eric for the invite...I need a group like this. My name is Ann(29) and I am an Arbonne consultant. I think the hardest thing for me is I used to have a great self esteem and was very direct with people. Four years ago I put myself into a job where I took an emotional beating. Three years later I finally stood up and realized nothing was worth that. Its taken a year to get even half of it back. I am working hard on this because I have always been the leader. Now I am growing my business and training people to speak in public and host parties and I cannot do it right myself. I get so nervous and fall apart in front of a crowd.
