Eric Sohn		Althea - Time to get more specific: What does profitable mean? Cash flow? Net profit? Gross profit? How much more profitable? By when will you produce this result? What will you do to achieve this result? Also, is your deadline too far in the future? Should you create interim performance goals, so you can recognize successful results? SMART goals...the more SMART, the more real it will feel, and the more realistic it will feel... and therefore, you will have a better chance of succeeding.
