Oh boy!!! My highest weight was 550 pounds. I got down to 350 and stayed there most of my adult life. I had a stroke in 1995 and lost my kidneys in 1998. Went down to 290 after that point. I have been on weight watchers on and off most of my life. Plugging along at it again. My hernias came from peritoneal dialysis which also came close to killing me. I am down to 264 pounds at this time. It comes off very slow and has to be that way. I have to be careful to only lose fat and not muscle. My walking is very poor because of the stroke and kidney failure. Probably more than you wanted to know but thats the skinny and fat of it. LOL
Ron
By the way, My daughter has my weight problem. She is 18 and weighs close to 500 pounds. I weighed a little more than her at 18.
