A member asked me if we should talk about goals, instead of problems - in particular, BHAGs (big, hairy, audacious goals). And that raises the question of The Vision Thing.
I have a question for the group - I have a 1-2 hour visioning workshop that I've recently developed. If the price were right, would people be interested in taking it? If so, would people prefer the longer version (basically, more interaction, since there are 2 complex exercises) or the shorter one?
