Strange question but really pertinent to business planning!

In Project Management, a front loaded person is one who does things in good time, perferring to take adavatage of bringing a task to completion or near completion before due date.

A back loaded person is one who leaves everything till the very last moment, preferring to perform tasks on a crisis management basis.

Depending on the personality, both methods can work, however the backloader does not make a comfortable team mate because all tasks are automatically placed on the critical path - meaning that if one thing goes wrong, the end date would shift. All a team needs is for the back loader to get sick at the last minute, and the entire project is at risk.

Are you a front or back loader?
