When I look at all the activities I perform in my business, if I could eliminate one of them, it would be cold calling... It takes time to track the right person that coordinates training for the employees at the company... I found it to be a time waster & have started to drastically reduce this activity. I will eventually eliminate it since I can better spend that time in more productive areas of my business & life... It will be less stressful both in my business and personal life...

Does that get noticed by customers? How might it affect you emotionally - and spill over to other activities inside and outside your business?
>Here's a useful exercise, that I'd like to see people try here: Take your statement "I don't like doing X". See how many ways you can come up with of getting rid of you doing the activity - can you eliminate or reduce the need for the activity, for example? How might you do that?
