There I go again :) I was thinking about the part where you were saying how women are taught to be polite etc., this is the area where I was suggesting that guides are put together to change those perceptions.
I agree 100% with what you are saying with regard to speaking to everyone differently that to me is a given. So basically you are saying that you want to put together strategies.
I also agree with your friend where he says a smile can go miles ... course you get a hold of an older gentlemen and well, that only goes so far too.
Knowing what you are doing having good people skills all add into the mix ... You go girl... I just picked up an excellent book regarding communication etc., hits the nail on the head. I'm realizing more and more and more that it's key. Period. That and knowing what you are talking about ... and your audience/customers.
