Our discussion on customer service reminded me of a newsletter I get on a regular basis, called First Rate Customer Service, from Briefings Publishing Group. I am a big fan of newsletters, since they're quick reads and either remind you of stuff you already know or teach you new info in bite-size chunks, saving you that one finite resource: time.
On a similar note, I'd like to recommend The Organized Executive by Stephanie Winston (same publisher), The Motivational Manager from Lawrence Ragan Communications and Executive Leadership from the National Institute of Business Management.
What newsletters and/or magazines do you find help you most in running your business - and keeping your sanity?
