| Eric I'm going to send you something regarding telephone issues such as this. Assuming you are talking about phone contact and not walking in. Which there are two ways. Don't forget though, personality, charm ... is always a plus. If all else fails wear a mini skirt and show up at lunch time when they're all leaving LOL... KIDDING! I swear! I'll forward that phone tactics thing have. Modify it to your liking. :)
One thing to do? Is to get the Gatekeeper to "like" you. :) That never hurts. Pay attention to "them" etc., there is a way around all of these thing. Also the gatekeepers can get into trouble if your call is not wanted so... ya know.
